Yes! Spray tan solution works by interacting only with the outermost layer of your skin, so it never penetrates deeper or exposes your skin to damage.

In fact, spray tanning is exponentially safer for your skin than the UV rays that tan your skin under the sun or in tanning beds. 

UV exposure is one of the leading causes of premature aging and skin damage. It breaks down collagen, accelerates wrinkles, causes dark spots, and significantly increases your risk of skin cancer over time. Even occasional tanning adds up.

Spray tanning gives you the same bronzed, confident look, without exposing your skin to any of those risks.

Once you know what you’re doing, the actual application is quick! Usually around 10–15 minutes.

There is some simple prep beforehand, and your tan will need time to develop (typically 8 hours), but most people fit this easily into their routine.
